Plans for a Marks and Spencer Foodhall in Ludlow have been approved by Shropshire Council.
The new food hall will be built on a site off the A49 to the south of Sheet Road.
The site would feature an 80 space car park to include 7 disabled parking bays, 7 parent and child parking bays, 8 electric vehicle charging bays, cycle rack service yard, and landscaping.
The store will create 70 full and part time jobs.
