Emergency services were called to the A44 Bromyard Road at just after 3:30pm today.
Fire crews from Worcester and Bromyard attended along with police and ambulance service.
The single-vehicle collision happened between Knightwick and Dodenham.
Firefighters helped free a casualty trapped in the car and made the vehicle safe.
West Midlands Ambulance Service said: "We were called by the police at 3.38pm to Bromyard Road, Knightwick, Worcester to reports of an RTC."
"Two ambulances are in attendance."
The road closure caused delays between Bromyard and Worcester.
