A man has died following a collision in North Herefordshire.
The collision happened around 3.55pm yesterday afternoon on the A44 in Lyonshall.
The pedestrian, a 66-year-old man, was struck by a tractor. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Next of kin has been informed.
Enquiries are on-going and police are appealing for witnesses.
Sergeant Tim Hargraves said: “Our thoughts are with the family of the man who has sadly died in this tragic incident.
“We believe there were a number of motorists who may have witnessed the collision who we have not yet spoken to and I would urge anyone who travelled on the A44 in Lyonshall yesterday afternoon to get in contact with us.”
