A man has been charged with manslaughter following a fatal collision on the A5 near Chirk last month.
27-year-old Damien Roberts from Oswestry was charged with manslaughter on Friday after having been treated in hospital since the incident.
He has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Shrewsbury Crown Court on 30 January 2023.
