A new transitional relief scheme has been announced to help Welsh businesses cope with changes to business rates from next April.
The Welsh Government is providing an extra £116 million as rates are revalued to reflect current property values.
Firms facing increases of more than £300 will see rises phased in over two years, while small and medium retail shops will benefit from a lower rate.
