A terrace of four houses could replace the office of a Hereford park homes estate.
Fayre Oaks Home Park, off the A438 King’s Acre Road to the west of the city, is seeking planning permission (application 250158) to knock down its site office and replace it with a row of four one-and-a-half-storey, two-bedroom homes.
A separate, smaller site office would also be built nearby.
The four properties would then be offered as private rented units managed by the park, its application says.
Finished in red brick and render, each would have an open-plan kitchen, living and dining room on the ground floor, and a small garden to the rear.
The overall footprint of the terrace would be smaller than the current office, while it would be lower in height than neighbouring properties.
Comments on the application can be made until February 17.
