A food company in Monmouthshire which produces frozen products has been acquired.
The Abergavenny Food Co has been acquired by German company The Frostkrone Food Group.
Frostkrone says the move will enable it to expand its international presence and build upon its snack and finger portfolio.
The company employs 200 people at its plant in Abergavenny.
It makes a variety of deep-frozen and chilled products such as Halloumi Fries, Jaffa Cake Bites and Jalapeno Poppers.
