The outgoing Lord-Lieutenant of Herefordshire, the Dowager Countess of Darnley, was presented with a commemorative bowl at a farewell lunch recently in recognition of her support for two military charities.
Lady Darnley is stepping down from her role as county President of both SSAFA - The Armed Forces Charity and ABF The Soldiers' Charity.
A lunch in her honour was held at the Left Bank in Hereford and attended by current and immediate past county chairmen of both charities.
