Two men have been arrested after a serious assault in Gloucester.
It happened at around 7pm last night on the city's Southgate Street.
A man was punched sustaining serious head injuries and remains in a serious condition in hospital.
Two men, aged 26 and 24, and both from Gloucester, have been arrested in connection with the incident.
