A man was taken to hospital after falling into a road in Kington.
Emergency services were called to Duke Street at just after 10:30am today.
West Midlands Ambulance Service said paramedics found a man who had suffered potentially serious injuries.
He was taken to Hereford County Hospital for further assessment by ambulance.
