Police say a man who was taken ill and found at the Grange park in Leominster last month has been identified.
The man was taken to Hereford Hospital but sadly died four days later.
He has since been identified as Ian Charles Elvey Edmeades of no fixed abode.
A post mortem carried out has established he died of natural causes.
