A man has been charged after an incident in Hereford on Wednesday.
Kamil Kopec, 27, of Hunderton Avenue was charged with two counts of attempt murder and possession of an offensive weapon.
He has been remanded to appear at Kidderminster Magistrates' Court on Friday morning.
