A man has been charged with fraud after an elderly resident was targeted by suspected fraudsters in Leominster.
The attempted courier fraud happened on Friday.
Albert Frempong, 21, from Royal Oak Road, Hackney, London, has been charged with conspiracy to commit fraud, he appeared at Kidderminster Magistrates’ Court yesterday where he was remanded in custody.
