A man was airlifted to hospital after he was involved in a multi-vehicle crash in Abergavenny yesterday.
Emergency services responded to report of a road traffic collision on the Old Ross Road.
The Wales Air Ambulance service confirmed a 65-year-old motorcyclist rider was taken to hospital by helicopter for treatment.
He was flown to the University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff.
The road was closed until early this morning for investigation work.
