A popular Ludlow pub has closed for good after its parent company, Oakman Inns, entered administration.
The George, which opened in August 2023 after a £2 million refurbishment, announced its closure yesterday.
Oakman Inns, which employed 1,600 people across the UK, has faced financial difficulties, selling several sites recently.
A message from The George thanked customers for their support before its closure.
