Ludlow Food Bank are in desperate need of volunteers.
The foodbank says its struggling to keep up with all the food parcels that are needed during these difficult times.
Volunteering involves one two hour shift per month at the Rockspring Community Centre on Sandford Road.
The shifts are between 11am - 1pm Monday to Friday.
