A Herefordshire man has been charged with the production of a controlled class B drug – cannabis following the discovery of a grow in Wellington Heath yesterday.
Ly Hung, 34, of The Swallow, Wellington Heath, Ledbury, was charged yesterday and was due to appear at Kidderminster Magistrates Court today (Friday).
