Staunton-on-Wye's annual charity scarecrow competition is being judged once again this year by local TV celebrity and antiques expert, Kate Bliss.
Organised in aid of Friends of Staunton school, the event will be held at Oakchurch Farm Shop at Staunton-on-Wye on Sunday 3rd July. Judging will be at 11am with lots of other traditional fund raising activities taking place throughout the day – tombola, skittles, hook-a-duck, coconut shy and BBQ.
Entry is only £2.50 per scarecrow and entry forms are available at Oakchurch tills.
First prize is an Oakchurch Taste of Herefordshire hamper worth £150.
