Developers want to build ten homes in a village south of Leominster.
Anthony Morris has submitted plans to Herefordshire Council to develop land next to the Hereford road in Wharton.
The proposals are for ten detached excutive houses with double garages and a new access for vehicles.
Residents have until November 28 to comment on the scheme which council planners are expected to deal with by January 2020.
