Health experts will hold a live Facebook event this week to inform people about how a possible new coronavirus lockdown would be handled in Herefordshire.
The Ross-on-Wye Community Development Trust is hosting the free online event which will start at 6pm on Thursday on www.facebook.com/rosscdt .
GP and clinical primary care network director Simon Lennane, will be joined by senior public health director Sarah Aitken, who has experience of coronavirus hotspot areas in Wales, and Ross-on-Wye Community Development Trust chairman Jane Roberts.
If you have a question for the panel, you can email comms@rosscdt.org.uk in advance of the event.
You can also send your questions in via their Facebook page or Twitter feed.
Dr Lennane said: “We’re aiming to answer as many questions as we can, covering Covid-19 and how we can stay safe.
“We hope that this week’s live Q&A session will be the first of many regular online video events connecting the community.
“Live events such as this offer a way to rebuild some of the connections we are all missing. Future topics will be led by local organisations, allowing us to discuss local issues and highlight the support available in our community.”
If you would like to receive more information about the Ross-on-Wye Community Development Trust and to receive latest updates in your news feed, including information on future live Facebook events, simply ‘like’ their Facebook page – www.facebook.com/rosscdt and follow them on their Twitter account, @Ross_CDT.
