UPDATE: Marc Smith, 38, from Monmouth who breached his licence conditions after being released from prison has been located and arrested.

~~Marc Smith is known to frequent the Monmouth area.~~

~~He was serving a 8 month prison sentence for breach of his anti-social behaviour order.~~

~~Due to the fact that Smith, who was released on licence, breached his licence conditions he has been recalled to prison.~~
