Monmouthshire County Council is offering grants to improve town centre properties in Abergavenny, Caldicot, Chepstow, Magor with Undy, Monmouth, and Usk.
The scheme supports projects that bring vacant spaces back into use or enhance historic and run-down buildings.
Funding is limited and awarded on a rolling basis, so early applications are encouraged before the 31 August deadline.
