Further police staff roles are set to be cut in West Mercia as the force faces an £8 million budget gap.
Chief Constable Richard Cooper and Police and Crime Commissioner John Campion told staff that rising costs, pay deals and inflation are hitting finances hard.
They say government funding isn’t keeping pace with demand.
