It will be free to park in Herefordshire's market towns on certain days.
Join up with friends and family to enjoy some retail therapy, including late-night shopping, in the run-up to Christmas. People won't have to pay to park a car in Herefordshire’s market towns on the following dates:
- Kington Christmas shopping: Friday 2 (funded by Kington Chamber of Trade/ Town Council) and Saturday 3 December
- Ledbury Christmas lights switch on: Saturday 3 December
- Leominster Victorian Fair: Saturday 10 December
- Ross-on-Wye Christmas shopping: Saturday 10 December
- Hereford late night shopping: after 4pm on Wednesdays 7, 14 and 21 December
This includes all council public car parks and on-street pay and display bays. Please note this free parking offer does not apply to any private car parks, unless stated.
As usual, it’s free parking in our market towns every Sunday and after 6pm.
