Firefighters were called to Ludlow Hospital this afternoon after smoke from a blown lighting unit set off the fire alarm.
A crew from Ludlow Fire Station inspected the area with a thermal camera and confirmed there was no fire.
The incident was declared a false alarm, and crews left the scene shortly after 1pm.
