A rescue operation has been carried out on the River Wye in Hereford this morning.
Emergency services were called out at just after 10am following reports an 80-year-old man and his dog had fallen into the river.
The man and his dog were pulled from the water and treated by paramedics at the scene.
His condition is not yet known.
