Drivers asked not block fire station entrance in Ludlow

Firefighters in Ludlow are asking drivers to make sure the front of the fire station is clear at all times.

Roadworks are ongoing with three-way temporary lights in place at the Weeping Cross Lane junction.

The fire station is asking for a clear entrance to the fire station at all times.

A spokesperson for Shropshire Fire & Rescue Service said: "This proactive measure is essential to avoiding delays for our crew when entering the station when responding to emergency calls."
