A teenager has been taken to hospital after a collision involving a car and a lorry in Hereford this morning.
West Midlands Ambulance Service was called at 8.34am to Canon Pyon Road and sent an ambulance, a paramedic officer, Mercia Accident Rescue Service emergency doctor and the Midlands Air Ambulance from Strensham to the scene.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokeswoman says: “On arrival, crews found the driver of the car, a female, had suffered serious injuries.
“Following treatment at the scene, she was airlifted to Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham for further treatment”.
