A Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) has been issued to a Malvern woman in connection with theft from a number of shops and antisocial behaviour.
26-year-old Susan Smith appeared at Kidderminster Court today where she was given the order.
The CBO was applied for on the back of the convictions for a number of thefts from a store for which she was sentenced to a total of 4 months and 2 weeks on 24 January 2019.
She appeared via video link from prison for the CBO hearing.
It will be in place for three years and means that she will be prohibited from:
1. Shouting and swearing or being verbally abusive towards others or within the hearing of others who are caused or likely to be caused, alarm, harassment or distress.
2. Behaving in an aggressive, threatening or intimidating manner towards others or within the hearing of others who are caused or likely to be caused alarm harassment or distress.
3. Associating in any public place with a named individual.
4. Entering any Marks and Spencers store anywhere in England and Wales.
5. Entering the area of Lowesmoor, Worcester.
6. Entering any Co-op store anywhere in England and Wales
She is also required to:
- Attend an appointment in Worcester for an assessment to be made with regards to her alcohol misuse.
- If she breaches this order she could be arrested.
