Monmouthshire County Council has granted the Bridges Centre a new 30-year lease for Drybridge House in Monmouth.
The deal includes a rental concession grant—90% in year one and 85% for the following two years—to support the centre’s vital community work.
Councillor Ben Callard praised Bridges as a “fantastic organisation” and said the new lease secures a strong future for both the venue and the services it provides.
