Doctors in the region have reportedly been told to prepare for a mass coronavirus vaccination scheme as early as next month.
A leaked document has identified two vaccines (Ambush and Triumph) which are expected to be available this year.
Mass vaccination sites and mobile facilities are being commissioned as part of as a "fairly massive exercise".
It's understood two mass vaccination centres would be created in Herefordshire.
Around 140,000 doses could be delivered to Herefordshire and Worcestershire in 14 weeks.
