Police are concerned for the welfare of a missing man.
Jacob was last seen at Hereford Train Station on Wednesday at around 1.30pm where he boarded a train.
It is believed the 37-year-old may have boarded a train to Manchester, but is also known to frequent London, Stratford-upon-Avon and Cardigan in Wales.
Jacob is believed to be wearing dark trousers, a dark raincoat with a large logo on the left side and Vans boots. He is also described as having dark short hair, blue eyes and is around 5ft 10.
Officers are growing increasingly concerned for Jacob’s welfare and urge anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to call 999 immediately.
