A new bus shelter has been installed at the bus stop on Sheet Road in Ludlow.
The installation followed a public consultation that identified two sites in urgent need of a shelter.
Ludlow Town Council says there was not enough pavement space at the Aldi bus stop, so this could not be progressed, but there is ample space on the footpath on Sheet Road for the shelter.
Chair of Representational Committee, Cllr Glenn Ginger said, ‘Ludlow Town Council has committed to installing a new bus shelter in Ludlow each year. Last year one was installed in Corve Street, and this year in Sheet Road. The town council will continue with further community infrastructure improvements next year.’
