Herefordshire Council has issued an update regarding the collection of bins around the county.
The authority said some collections will be later than normal for the 'next few weeks' due to a shortage of staff.
A spokesperson said: "Our crews are working hard to make collections, so please only report a missed bin if it has not been collected by 5pm - before this time, a crew may still be on their way to you."
"We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause."
