Bailey Park toilets in Abergavenny are set to be re-opened for the school holidays.
Abergavenny Town Council agreed to pay an additional sum of £800 to Monmouthshire County Council to allow the toilets in the park to be opened.
Councillors agreed the toilets would be opened seven days a week through the school holiday.
They also agreed for nappy and sanitary bins to be provided at the cost of just under £500.
