Appeal after woman assaulted at Play nightclub

Police are appealing for witnesses to an assault at a nightclub in Hereford.

It happened in the early hours of Sunday, 16th April at Play nightclub on Blueschool Street.

A woman in her 20s was assaulted whilst on the dance floor and during the course of the assault the victim's face was bitten by the suspect.

Officers are keen to speak to anyone who witnessed the incident or who was in the area at the time.

Anyone with information is asked to call 101 and ask for PC Jamie Carr quoting incident number 109S of 16 April.
