Gwent Police are appealing for information following the theft of a white BMW on Market Street in Ebbw Vale.
The incident took place on Sunday 11th June at approximately 9.15pm. The vehicle was later found in the Pill area of Newport.
Officers would like to speak to the man shown in the CCTV images as they believe he may be able to assist officers in their enquiry.
