An opticians practice that has been based in Leominster town centre for more than 27 years has closed.
Peter Meredith Optometrist will no longer carry out eye tests or sell glasses at its Black Swan Walk practice.
In a statement, the opticians said: "The people of Leominster have been loyal and become familiar to me and my team so this decision is quite difficult."
The Leominster branch will only be open on selected days through May for collection appointments only.
All patient's records will be transferred to the Ludlow branch in Church Street.
