The Air Ambulance attended a medical emergency in Hereford earlier.
Emergency services were called to Tupsley Quarry after a medical incident involving a cyclist.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesperson said: "We were called at 11.40am to reports a patient had suffered a medical emergency whilst cycling at Tupsley Quarry.
"Two ambulances, a paramedic officer, the Midlands Air Ambulance from Strensham and a Mercia Accident Response Service (MARS) doctor attended the scene.”
