The A49 in Hereford has re-opened towards Leominster after an earlier serious collision.
The road was closed for several hours between junctions Church Road and the junction to Upper Lyde.
Emergency services including the air ambulance were called to the incident just after 8am.
The road was re-opened at just before 3pm following investigation and recovery work.
