Emergency services are responding to a serious collision on the A49 at Leominster.
The road has been closed in both directions just after the OK Diner.
West Mercia Police says the road will be closed for several hours. Diversions are now in place with delays reported in the area.
Police, fire service and ambulance crews remain on scene.
Early expectation is that the road will remain closed through the night.
