An elderly woman has been left seriously injured following a collision in Hereford.
At around 6.20pm yesterday, a pedestrian and a van have collided at a pedestrian crossing on Holme Lacy Road.
The pedestrian, a 90-year-old woman, suffered serious injuries which are considered life-changing.
The driver of the van is assisting officers with enquiries.
Anyone who witnessed the incident or has dashcam footage is being asked to come forward.
