Gwent Police have named the man who died in the fatal crash in an Ebbw Vale car park on Sunday.
Brian Overfield, 80, from the Abertillery area sustained head injuries after getting out a black Smart car and falling over.
He later died in hospital after an air ambulance was called to the scene at the Festival Park on Sunday, May 21 at around 12.45pm.
Officers are appealing for witnesses and anyone with information to call 101 quoting log number: 212 of 21/05/17.
