Emergency services were called to Church Street in Bromyard yesterday afternoon.
The collision happened at around 3:30pm and involved a car and a pedestrian.
A 10-year-old girl was injured in the collision and transported to hospital. She remains in hospital with potentially life changing injuries.
The collision resulted in the closure of Church Street, which then remained closed for several hours.
