Business to Business sales experience is essential, ideally in a sales executive / business development manage role, with the confidence to deal with key decision makers negotiating contracts, potentially worth millions of pounds. 

The successful applicant will have to be articulate, self-motivated and ambitious as this is a completely new role for us so an ideal opportunity to create a real impact. Base salary is £25,000 per year (+ car or allowance) with an uncapped commission schedule.

Point to Point Services are looking to recruit a full-time sales & marketing executive to join their small team based at their Leominster site. The successful candidate will support their multi-brand company to create marketing plans, develop brand images, increase ecommerce and face to face sales through marketing activity in the local area and online. Your main responsibilities will include:

· Analyse competition & current market trends.

· Identifying areas for Improvement.

· To manage daily the intake of new purchase orders, checking stock, data entry into company software, liaison with warehouse staff to ensure timely dispatch.

· To add new products, including data set up and images.

· To manage online product profiles, checking images, descriptions, wording, bullet points, reviews etc

· To check branding and pricing of products and similar/cloned products availability, pricing, competitor sales etc

· Liaise with the Sales and purchasing team to review out of stock products from weekly purchase orders.

· Deal with incoming customer queries through telephone, email & social media accounts

· Supporting the sales team with additional research on the UK market for new sales channels outside of our core trading groups

· Working closely with the Directors to develop promotional flyers and direct email campaigns for both B2C and B2B campaigns.

· Prepare and deliver promotional presentations when required.

· Help Create and present web/digital marketing strategies to client channels,

· Help with the social media – Facebook, Twitter, etc.

· Assist in organizing marketing events.

· Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and brand layouts.

· Writing articles and promotional material (brochures, catalogue, press releases) to increase the company presence in the marketplace.

· Produce monthly sales and marketing stats.

· Providing administrative support to management and other team members

· Team Player willing to assist in other areas when required.

The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday with no bank holiday or weekend working. The start and finish times are flexible and there may be the opportunity for some remote working for the right candidate. You will have an excellent knowledge of MS Office tools, Adobe suite: Photoshop, illustrator, etc, will be update with the trends and technology and have experience working with WordPress, Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms.

This is a new role within point to point services and comes at an exciting time in the growth of the business. The products and services they offer have grown in demand throughout the recent pandemic and they are looking to expand upon the growth they have already experienced.

The successful candidate will report directly to the directors and will receive a performance-based bonus on top of their standard salary.
