A man's been arrested after a tractor was driven through floodwater in Worcestershire following Storm Bert.
Business owners in the town of Tenbury say waves caused by the vehicle smashed windows of premises already hit by floods and made the deluge worse in some areas.
West Mercia Police say the 57-year-old's questioned on suspicion of criminal damage and been released on bail.
