Sunshine Radio will be among hundreds of commercial and BBC radio stations to broadcast a one-minute message about mental health this morning.
It'll be broadcast simultaneously at 10.59am, featuring some globally famous voices talking about the stigma of mental health.
Mental health activist and poet Hussain Manawer wrote the piece - which has been voiced by David Beckham, Joanna Lumley and Dame Shirley Bassey.
He says it was inspired by his own experience of grief:
Farm festival organisers hit back over sound complaints
Man charged with armed robbery offences
Go-ahead for extra rooms at historic Hereford hotel
Parked cars ‘stop me getting on bus’
Herefordshire country pub ‘can’t be used as HMO’
Town pub’s new signage passed
Plan to restrict farm’s festivals draws strong response
Where new spending on Herefordshire schools will go
