Emergency services were sent to Symonds Yat on Sunday afternoon after a climber fell.
Crews from Lydney and Coleford helped assist the ambulance service and air ambulance during the rescue.
A 44-year-old woman was climbing with a group and fell.
Firefighter used ropes to rescue the woman and carried her to the awaiting ambulance for further treatment.
