Emergency services are responding to a collision on the A40.
Police were called to the incident between Ross-on-Wye and Monmouth at just after 1pm.
Fire crews from Ross-on-Wye, Fownhope and Whitchurch attended.
On arrival, they found a car on its roof in the central lane reservation.
The road remains closed for recovery work.
