Police are appealing for witnesses following a collision on the B4424 near Clevelode on Sunday.
It happened around 5pm and involved a black Range Rover and 1920s classic car, a Frazer-Nash BMW 319/55.
The driver of the classic car was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham, with serious injuries. The driver of the Range Rover suffered minor injuries.
Officers would like to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident or captured on dash cam.
